Merilin is a consultant who advises on IT-law matters and participates in digital transformation projects as an analyst.
She has received a BA and MA degrees from the University of Tartu’s School of Law. She has also completed the IT law program during her master’s studies.
During her master’s studies, she also took subjects related to business analysis at the Institute of Computer Science and thus has acquired the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) digital business analysis certificate.
Previously, she has practiced in various law enforcement bodies (police, prosecutor’s office, court) and has provided legal advice in the student law office at the University of Tartu.
